Within Jack's Dream Space,
Lis looked around, taking in the scene of ruins that Jack had explored in his memory.
This room appeared relatively intact, yet the true nature of the disaster that struck the western Fanor Continent back then, which obliterated all life in the region, remained unknown.
The lamp, once the source of Light for this room, now hung silently on the wall, an empty shell like a ghost guarding this space.
In one corner of the room, a massive bed lay quietly. The carvings on its stone frame were intricate and exquisite, and although they had lost their previous luster, they still conveyed a sense of stability and regality.
The bedclothes and bedding had long turned to Dust, leaving only faint traces.
Opposite the bed was an ordinary-looking cabinet, from which Lis retrieved the ruby brooch.
Based on the scene from Jack's memory before entering this room and the room's decorations, Lis had a vague suspicion.
So... Was this ruin once a Royal Palace?
