This creates a contradiction: these people don't want to work, they just want to enjoy, and those who want to work are taking a lot of jobs from the locals.
And their original work should be those at the very bottom that no one wants to do, but these people don't want to do them either.
They'd rather play the victim, commit crimes, or even go to jail than take up those jobs.
Plus, with their refugee status, they always stand on the moral high ground.
This leads to the result that, after these people enter, they don't solve the problem of low-end jobs. Even when they take up positions, their basic skills are too low to meet the requirements of a developed society for such jobs.
Can't do the job well, no money, so what do they do?
