The next day, the sun was shining gently above the training field beside Seojun's building. The grass moved softly with the wind. Seojun sat cross-legged in front of his two students—Minseok and Nayoung.
Both students had their eyes closed, trying to focus. Minseok looked calm as always, sitting upright like a statue. Nayoung, on the other hand, had a little frown on her face. Her cheeks puffed slightly, clearly frustrated.
Seojun watched them quietly for a moment before speaking, "The most important thing in taming… is mana. Without mana, even the weakest beast won't listen to you. The stronger your mana, the stronger the beast you can tame."
Minseok remained still, breathing slowly. Nayoung, however, opened one eye and stared at Seojun. She suddenly stopped breathing properly and let out a small huff.
"Ugh… how can we focus when you're talking, Professor?" she pouted. "It's so hard!"
Seojun raised an eyebrow and replied calmly, "I'm talking on purpose."
