Andrea's mind reeled, her eyes fixed on Lucivar—pupils trembling with a mix of shock and fear.
She questioned whether what she was seeing was even real.
Her mind struggled to grasp the sight before her.
"When… When did he get there? Where did he—come from?" She turned to look around, noticing no entrance other than the main entrance. "No windows, no backdoors… Where? No, even if he came in from the outside, I would've noticed, but I didn't. Don't tell me, was he always there?"
Andrea was smitten inside.
For someone to remain unnoticed in the very chamber where they were fighting, even though they hadn't used any stealth ability, meant they were anything but ordinary. Even now, as she stared at Lucivar, she sensed nothing.
No presence. No aura.
It was as if he weren't real at all, but a phantom created from illusion.
Gazing upward, to the altar, she realized that the Blood God's totem was half-destroyed.
Someone must've shattered it.
