Albert nodded and turned to Selena. Selena finally stepped forth and explained, "As Minister Albert mentioned, the culprit this time is most likely the Divine Hand organization.
"You might not have much information about this organization, since, unlike those criminal organizations who are staying in lawless cities, they're much more secretive.
"However, they're by no means weaker than any of them. In fact, their strength might surpass anything you can imagine.
"Let me explain about the structure of their organization. From what we have found so far, they are a group of elites, with less than a hundred people in their group.
"They have 10 officers, who are known as the Nine Hands. And on top of them is a man known as Garam Haygaiden."
"Haygaiden?!" Rood widened his eyes in shock. "Isn't your teacher…"
