Seeing Dorry coming in his direction, snorting through his nostrils like an uncontrollable bull, if bulls could break the sound barrier several times while running, Luffy then starts running toward Dorry as well.
In the middle of the way, Luffy jumps toward Dorry's face, using a combination of Soru and Geppo to run through the air.
As soon as Luffy enters his range, Dorry thrusts his sword at him, of which Luffy quickly dodges with a simple use of Geppo, landing and then running across the surface of Dorry's sword blade.
'How cool! Is this how Usopp and the Ant-Man feel when they fight?', Luffy thinks, having a lapse of distraction while running across the sword's blade.
As soon as he reaches where the sword's guard is, Luffy jumps, getting very close to Dorry's face, he then stretches his right arm back, ready to fire a powerful 'Gomu Gomu no Jet Pistol' straight into the giant's face.
However, in the very next microsecond that his right arm was stretched back, Luffy, using his advanced Observation Haki, suddenly sees Brogy grabbing his arm. He then tries to retract his arm immediately, and despite being able to see further into the future than the two giants, his speed in Gear Second ends up being matched by theirs.
Then, using his advanced Observation Haki and seeing Luffy trying to retract his arm, Brogy is able to grab him quickly with his free hand, pulling him toward himself and then delivering a powerful blow with the edge of his shield, coated in Advanced Armament Haki.
Reacting quickly, as he was being pulled, Luffy accelerates the process by retracting his grabbed arm and then, coating his free left arm with Advanced Armament Haki, he delivers a powerful punch when he gets close enough, hitting the edge of Brogy's shield.
The impact of Luffy's fist colliding with the edge of Brogy's shield causes a gigantic boom that reverberates across the island, making it shake entirely, and sending Brogy flying far away like a missile as well. However, the giant didn't make Luffy's life easy, still holding onto his right arm, he takes advantage of the sudden momentum of being launched like a missile to then hurl Luffy against the ground, forming a massive crater and raising a huge cloud of dust upon impact.
It's always worth remembering that this entire exchange of blows happened in just a matter of seconds.
Getting up with only a few small scratches, Luffy stretches, massaging his shoulders and back slightly sore from the impact, all while hearing Brogy's thunderous laughter in the background, "GABABABABABA! This little one fights well, Dorry."
"GEGYAGYAGYAGYA! That's right! If we don't team up, he's going to smash us up", Dorry says with a laugh, already on top of Luffy, attacking him with his sword.
Dodging to the side and managing to avoid the giant sword, now embedded in the ground, from splitting him in two, Luffy then jumps, landing a powerful 'Gomu Gomu no Jet Bullet' straight on Dorry's chin.
And at the same time that Luffy's fist makes contact with Dorry's chin, Brogy's shield strikes his back, ricocheting and then returning to the giant's hands.
And while Luffy is sent flying by the impact of Brogy's shield against his body, Dorry, being lifted into the air by Luffy's punch, drops his sword and tries to hit him with a slap using his left hand.
Quickly orienting himself in midair using Geppo with both his arms and legs, Luffy twists his entire body and swiftly slips through the giant fingers of Dorry's hand that was trying to slap him.
As soon as Dorry's giant hand passes by him without hitting him, Luffy takes the opportunity to grab one of the giant's fingers, wrapping his left arm around it, and then using the back of the giant's hand as the ground, he gives a pull before continuing to running, twisting the finger he had grabbed backward, dislocating it.
Releasing the dislocated finger from Dorry, Luffy, without wasting time, continues running up the giant's arm to his biceps, from where he jumps onto his face, planning to deliver another punch to the giant's nose.
However, when Luffy starts to pull his arm back, getting into a punching position, he sees Brogy's shield hitting him once again with his Haki.
Luffy then quickly dodges the attack using Geppo, landing on top of the shield. However, as soon as he lands, Dorry grabs the edge of the shield with his right hand and throws it back to Brogy.
To avoid getting dizzy from how fast the shield was rotating around itself, Luffy starts running in the opposite direction of the rotation, which causes the speed of the rotation to increase, and consequently also increases the speed at which the shield returns to Brogy.
His idea was to use the rotation of the shield to launch himself toward Brogy's face and then hit him with a punch to the nose. However, his plans change in the next instant.
Seeing his shield returning to him at supersonic speed, with Luffy on top of it, looking like he's up to something, Brogy then prepares himself, and as soon as his shield gets close enough, he slaps one side of the shield with his left hand, and while the shield spins in the air, catapulting Luffy away, the giant equips it on his right arm with a single movement, just like Captain America did several times in the MCU films.
Being catapulted by Brogy's shield, Luffy, in mid-air, extends his right arm, grabs one of the horns of the giant's helmet, and pulls himself toward him, delivering a powerful dropkick to the back of his head, making him crash face-first into the ground, creating a massive crater upon impact and making everything shake.
Landing on the ground a little away from Brogy, who was already getting up slowly with a bloody smile on his face, Luffy looks at the two smiling giants and taunts them with an amused smile on his face, "Shishishishishi! This is all the two old men have? Two giants armed against an unarmed human and you guys are still struggling to keep up with me!"
"GABABABABABA! Dorry, can you believe the audacity of this little shit?", Brogy asks his old friend, throwing his shield aside because he wanted to beat Luffy up with his own fists.
"GEGYAGYAGYA! You're a young guy in the prime of your life fighting two old, injured men! What are you bragging about, kid? Brogy, let's show this little shit how powerful the Captains of the Giant Warrior Pirates are!", Dorry, laughing, taunts Luffy while putting his dislocated finger back in place, having the same thought as Brogy of wanting to beat Luffy up with their own fists, without using weapons.
And so, the three restart their duel, exchanging powerful blows and devastating the area around their fight, with Dorry and Brogy coordinating their attacks perfectly, managing at times to even pressure Luffy, who seemed to be enjoying himself, even though he wasn't going all out, using only his Gear Second.
If an ordinary person from outside were trying to follow the fight between these three, the only thing they would end up seeing would be the constant and uninterrupted booms of the blows connecting, along with the tremors shaking the entire island nonstop, and sometimes, when the three slowed down a bit, one could see a mass of blurs exchanging blows with each other.

We know that time flows differently in Elbaph. How much time do you guys think will have passed in the outside world when the Straw Hats leave the island? The fact that Imu appeared there already indicates that some time must have passed outside, since Mary Geoise was attacked, and he seems to be in a hurry. I think things are going to get seriously messed up. The Sacred Knights showing up there seems like a desperate action done without planning, very rushed. If they don't manage to brainwash all Elbaph quickly, things will only escalate. And with how impatient Imu seems to be, I wouldn't be surprised if, until the end of Elbaph, he sends Uranos to destroy the island. I get the impression that Imu's house of cards is collapsing, and he's getting desperate.
