Catherine hurried back home and received a call from her brother, Nick, who was furious on the other end, "You went to Bo Yan's set and confronted his wife?"
"Catherine, what am I to say to you? Did you just ignore everything I've told you before?"
Enraged, Catherine retorted, "Whose brother are you really? I was bullied, and you did nothing to help me; instead, you come to criticize me?"
Nick was infuriated by Catherine's logic, "I just want to ask you one thing."
"Go ahead."
Nick didn't want to aggravate Catherine's current mood because he knew very well that no matter what he said, his sister wouldn't listen.
Not only would she not listen, but she might outright refuse to take his advice.
So, he calmed himself and subtly changed the subject; Catherine calmed down as well. Nick asked, "Do you know that Bo Yan is a married man?"
Catherine paused, then snorted coldly, "Brother, you don't really want to have a proper conversation with me, do you?"
