"Wake up! Wake up!"
An Qin felt as if she was sinking into a pitch-black abyss.
In this abyss, there was nothing.
All that existed was boundless darkness and deathly silence.
She didn't know where she was, but in this place, she felt an overwhelming cold. She wanted to escape, but she couldn't find the door to freedom no matter how hard she tried.
Suddenly, she heard a voice calling her name.
"This voice... it sounds so familiar..."
Vaguely, she felt she recognized the owner of this voice. It was someone important, someone she knew deeply and intimately. Yet, in the freezing depths of this abyss, her increasingly foggy mind couldn't recall who this person was.
Following the voice, she began walking instinctively toward its direction.
It was a subconscious move—she didn't even know why she was doing it.
She only knew that this place was too dark, too cold. It scared her. She wanted to find a place, someone she could rely on.
