"Back in the Type-Moon world, huh?" Mika stepped through the portal within his mind, returning to the familiar world.

He looked around, a wave of nostalgia washing over him. Unlike other worlds, he had maintained contact with this one.

Mellie often visited to study magecraft, this world being one of the few she knew with a developed System of Magic—Therefore, unlike other worlds where time had barely passed, years had gone by here since his last visit.

His friends here were now adults—their youthful innocence replaced by a more mature—world-weary demeanor.

——

"I wonder how Waver and Sakura are doing—and Merlin and Artoria." Although Mellie had visited them regularly, he hadn't been here in years. He smiled, remembering his companions.

According to Mellie, they were all doing well.

Waver, having inherited the title of Lord El-Melloi II—had become one of the Lords of the Clock Tower, his exceptional teaching abilities producing countless talented magi.

He had even chosen a few promising individuals and, using the tools Mika provided, bestowed Falna upon them, establishing a strong foundation for the Yahweh Familia's branch in this world.

The current Waver, with his Falna compensating for his earlier lack of Magical aptitude, and with Merlin's guidance, was a prominent figure in the Clock Tower. And with Artoria by his side—he was practically a protagonist.

"I'll have to visit him when I have time," Mika mused.

As for why he needed to find the time, he had other priorities.

Three figures accompanied him on his return:

Yahweh, Hephaestus, and Saori Kido, the reincarnation of Athena.

Having reached the Eighth Sense—he could finally transport Gods to other worlds, his Cosmo granting him this ability.

The Seventh Sense was Powerful enough to challenge Gods, but not to transport them. He had sensed a limit—a threshold he had now crossed. He had suspected the Eighth Sense would grant him this ability and had tested it immediately after his breakthrough.

"So, this is another world—?" Hephaestus murmured, flexing her fingers, sensing the different laws governing this reality. Her eyes lit up with excitement, much like Saori's had upon her first visit to another world.

Unlike Saori, who had been newly reborn—Hephaestus, with millennia of experience, maintained a more composed demeanor, though her inner excitement was palpable.

Yahweh, however, had no such reservations. "I'm finally here! While I could experience these worlds through Gabriel, it was like watching a movie, not truly being here. But now—"

She laughed, heading towards the familiar building—the Matou mansion, which had become Mika's property after the Holy Grail War. He had used it as his base of operations.

While he hadn't been here in years, thanks to Merlin's barriers, the mansion remained clean and well-maintained. And it hadn't been completely abandoned. Mellie occasionally stayed there during her visits, and Sakura Matou, who now lived with Artoria in England, sometimes returned.

Yahweh headed towards her old room, eager to relive Gabriel's memories of this world.

Mika smiled and led Hephaestus and Saori towards the living room.

He noticed that, while they followed his lead, their attention was elsewhere, captivated by the new world around them.

They were absorbing its unique Energy, its laws, its very essence, to enhance their own understanding and their Divine Power. He wouldn't disturb them. He would wait until they were ready.

——

Mika went to the library in the basement—where Mellie kept her collection of books, and selected a few he hadn't read before, then returned to the living room and began reading—a quiet activity to pass the time while waiting for them.

He had never stopped learning, even though his primary focus was on combat. He could, after all, become a truly complete being—a warrior without weakness (at least in terms of combat abilities).

Under Mellie's guidance, he had chosen the Heaven's Feel ritual as his masterpiece, the culmination of his Magical studies.

Heaven's Feel—the Third Magic of the Type-Moon world—the Materialization of the Soul, granted Immortality, a Perfect body, and Infinite Magic Power, though these benefits were based on the unique nature of souls in that world.

However, thanks to the Starry Expanse's Power, he could utilize the ritual regardless. But Mellie had encouraged him to adapt it, to use his own knowledge and understanding of magecraft to refine and enhance it, to make it truly his.

This Reverse-engineering process, starting from the desired outcome and working backward, isolating and refining each component before reintegrating them, was his current challenge. He could have easily performed the original ritual, but that wasn't his goal!

He wanted to create his own unique version—a testament to his mastery—his ascension to the realm of the Gods in the art of magecraft.

This was why he was constantly studying, his knowledge of Magic growing steadily, though he rarely used large-scale spells in combat. His own unique Heaven's Feel ritual was nearing completion.

——

After several hours, Saori and Hephaestus emerged from their trance.

"Apologies. I got a bit carried away," Hephaestus said, slightly embarrassed. To ignore her host and become so engrossed in her own studies—it was rude.

"Don't worry about it. We have plenty of time,"

Mika reassured her with a smile. "Besides, I anticipated such a reaction." He had, after all, witnessed Saori's own initial fascination with the new world.

Saori, seemingly unaffected, simply sat quietly, listening. Unlike Hephaestus, she had already experienced another world and wasn't as easily distracted. However, seeing Mika allowing Hephaestus to indulge her curiosity, she had simply smiled at him, then resumed her own observations, eager to glean any insights she could.

Yahweh, having already experienced this world through Gabriel, wasn't surprised by their reaction.

They sat in comfortable silence, waiting.

"Well, since you're both so quiet, I'll begin," Mika said, shaking his head, then turned serious. "Our purpose in this world is to forge a God Cloth."

Hephaestus's eyes lit up at his words.

She had been waiting for this moment.

Yahweh had lured her with the promise of forging a God Cloth, along with the designs and knowledge from other worlds. Since then—she had been diligently studying Yahweh's forging Techniques and theories, her own Skills improving significantly.

She was eager to begin. She had mastered the necessary Techniques and was now practically vibrating with impatience. While she had lived for millennia, she couldn't bear to wait even a moment longer.

Besides, They couldn't use their Divine Powers in Orario. After all, they were forging a God Cloth, a Divine artifact, a task that required their Full Power. They needed to be in a world where they could unleash their divinity.

And this journey to the Type-Moon world was the final step, a chance to acquire the last of the required materials. They had gathered almost everything else, save for one crucial component:

The Sun.

Yes, they intended to use an entire sun as a material.

After much deliberation, they had decided to treat the first God Cloth as a test, an experiment to refine their Techniques.

After all, they weren't simply replicating the God Cloths of the Saint Seiya World—they were creating something new, enhanced and improved, incorporating Yahweh's knowledge from other worlds.

It was a fusion of different Techniques and concepts.

And they needed a test subject.

Of course, Mika hadn't been forced into this role. He was, after all, the strongest among them. The reason he had been chosen was simply because he wasn't a God yet.

His current Power was far below his future potential. Therefore, his God Cloth would have to wait until he reached Godhood and his growth stabilized. They couldn't afford to waste such precious materials on something he would quickly outgrow.

They would create a temporary God Cloth for him, a prototype to test their Techniques—something he could use until he reached his full potential. Then, they would forge their own God Cloths, refining their Skills further before finally creating Mika's ultimate armor.

And for his prototype, considering his affinity with Fire and Light, they had chosen the Sun God as their template. Therefore, they needed a sun. And not just any sun, but one with mystical properties.

The suns of the Demon Slayer, Hunter x Hunter, One Piece, and Akame ga Kill! worlds were simply suns, celestial bodies without any inherent mystical significance.

While those worlds did have sun-related myths, they were just that – myths. In worlds without Gods, the sun was merely a star. Besides, even if they were suitable, Mika wouldn't use them. After all, without the sun, those worlds would perish.

Of the worlds they had access to, only the Type-Moon world met their requirements. The High School DxD and Saint Seiya worlds only had one sun each. However, the Type-Moon world, with its infinite parallel universes, had countless suns.

And they weren't concerned about destroying a world by taking its sun; they simply needed to find a desolate one, a world where humanity had already perished.

This wasn't merely a possibility, but a certainty.

After all, the Type-Moon world's ultimate fate, in many timelines, was the "Land of Steel," a world devoid of human life. Finding such a world wouldn't be difficult, whether it was a timeline where Chaldea failed to prevent a singularity or one where Illya, the Magical girl, couldn't save the world.

"So, our current challenge is—how to make the Counter Force find a suitable world for us," Hephaestus said, turning to Mika.

"We persuade it, of course," he replied with a grin, cracking his knuckles.
