Shi frowned slightly.
The reason Shi used the term "you all" when directly addressing Xu Shuo was because he understood something.
Even though Luo Kai's stack of threatening documents seemed menacing, they hardly carried any real force. If Xu Shuo didn't share the same intention, it wouldn't make sense to call Shi over.
So instead of saying Luo Kai was negotiating with Shi,
it's more accurate to say that this was Xu Shuo's idea.
