Jax's subordinate said.
"Forget it, NHP folks aren't reliable, for a little money, make sure to tell them to mind their own business—
and keep their hands to themselves! The Thomas case isn't settled yet, things are tight right now."
As the frontline leader of the Underground Forces, Jax needs to ensure his guys don't make mistakes.
"Boss, NHP is known for being a broke State Police, their average income is less than half that of an LVMPD (Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department) officer.
They really want to sell, even intend to establish a special sales channel with us to sell us their future findings."
