When Tilan was struggling with how to start the mission and complete the assessment, on the other side, Blanchi encountered a similar problem.
"Are there really people in poverty and helplessness on the street?"
It was already late at night. Blanchi was dressed in a dark, thin jacket, with both hands in her pockets, strolling through the city. Occasionally, a vehicle would pass by on the street, disappearing soon after.
She wasn't alone. Behind her followed a woman dressed similarly, wearing tactical sunglasses and keeping her hands by her sides, slightly swinging them as she walked. An experienced observer would instantly recognize this woman as an elite operative; her fingers always lingered near her waist, capable of drawing the handgun at her side or the concealed close-combat weapons in her boots with lightning speed. The sunglasses themselves were scanning equipment, constantly connected to the network, recording everything they observed.
