Walking up to Tang Huai, Liang paused and asked, "What would you like to eat? We have corn, sweet potatoes, and flour."
A radiant smile immediately appeared on Tang Huai's face, "What would Grandma like to eat? I'll make it, how about that?"
Liang asked, "What can you make?"
Tang Huai glanced at the dried corn hanging in the corridor, "Do we have corn flour at home?"
Liang Yulan, holding vegetables, came over with a smile, "We do, it was just ground last week, but... isn't corn flour meant for feeding chickens and pigs?"
The dried corn at home was all ground into flour and then mixed with bran and sweet potato leaves to feed the pigs and chickens.
"Such beautiful corn is too wasteful just to feed chickens and ducks; people can eat it too," Tang Huai laughed.
"Corn mush is edible, but it's not tasty. Goudan and Maodan don't like it, and neither does Third Aunt," Liang Yulan said.
Tang Huai snickered lightly, her eyes twinkling, "Have you ever had corn cakes?"
