Ultimately, everything can only be described as a twist of fate.

Who would have thought that when they went to the trading planet, they would happen to encounter a Kree attack?

And who could have imagined that the command center of Xandar would ask them for help in killing the Kree commander during that battle?

Moreover, this commander had a reckless fiancée.

And this fiancée had a relative who was Ronan...

All these seemingly unrelated events came together to create the current situation.

One can only say that this is all fate, right? Arthur twitched the corner of his mouth: "A fateful bond."

Star-Lord nodded: "So, do you have confidence?"

Just as he said this, Arthur's communicator started ringing. After adjusting the strength of the amplifier, Arthur answered the call: "It's me."

"I certainly know it's you!" Tony's voice suddenly appeared in Arthur's ear: "Let me update you on our situation. First of all, I don't plan to go out this time, but your old comrade is very eager to stretch his legs on the cosmic battlefield, and that certain green giant is probably about to graduate from kindergarten. A certain parent with seven PhDs has decided to take him into space to relieve the pressure of his heavy studies. Well, although I've said a lot, only two people are going this time, but I think they should be able to solve many problems."

Arthur rubbed his forehead and said, "No, you have to come this time. Not only do you have to come, but you also need to bring the Mark series (The Weapon Series)."

"Mark series?"

Tony's voice suddenly became serious: "So, this time we are facing a war?"

"You are right, it is a war," Arthur said. "And all combat suits need to be replaced. The Little Spider just came over in a regular combat suit; we need combat suits that can operate freely in space, like the batch we produced before."

"I know!" Tony's tone suddenly became excited: "I thought it was just a tribe in the universe deciding never to be enslaved, but I didn't expect such a grand scene. Don't worry, once we are assembled, we will be there immediately!"

"Once you arrive at Asgard, bring Thor along," Arthur continued. "In addition, have him find a blue chubby guy named Jeff. I just hope this guy's life in Asgard doesn't make him reluctant to leave; he should go home."

"I feel like there are a lot of things going on." Tony said, "What else?"

Arthur let out a light breath and then said, "Notify me immediately after gathering; the Bifrost will be coming down."

"Understood."

The communication ended, and next was the waiting.

A few of them didn't say any more nonsense. When Tony's communication came again, Arthur called out to Heimdall.

Heimdall had been watching the entire universe, so he naturally understood Arthur's meaning. Soon, Tony and the others indicated that they had arrived at Asgard.

They also expressed regret that they couldn't take a good look at the entirety of Asgard this time and promised to make up for this regret next time.

At this moment, Arthur's figure flashed and directly appeared outside the spaceship.

He didn't wear any protective suit and stood directly in the vacuum, his powerful body isolating him from all harmful elements.

Taking out the Pen of Thoth, he drew a teleportation array in the outer layer of the spaceship, and a group of people appeared before him.

Each person was wearing a unique combat suit, the first set of cosmic combat suits developed for all members at Camp Lehigh base.

Tony Stark's Mark series had also developed a series of armors that could be used in space, making their first appearance at this moment.

To be honest, this combat suit, primarily in black, looked quite cool.

However, what truly caught Arthur's attention was what was behind them.

It was a massive iron lump, about three stories high, crammed together, looking square yet vaguely revealing a ferociousness.

"How many did you bring?"

Arthur walked over, almost unable to estimate from the exterior.

"Space is limited; we could only bring five thousand units."

Tony sighed and said, "It's a pity we don't have your ability to store things at will; otherwise, we could have brought more."

Thor was the only one not wearing a combat suit. He held his hammer, looked around, and then said, "Who are we fighting this time?"

It felt like this big guy was still out of the loop.

Arthur thought for a moment and then stored all the Mark series weapons into the Disassemble space, allowing everyone to step onto the teleportation array and enter the spaceship.

Star-Lord's spaceship suddenly felt a bit crowded.

Moreover, after meeting each other, there was a bit of awkwardness about what to say.

Everyone looked at each other, and in the end, all eyes turned to Arthur.

Arthur shrugged, glanced at the small table, and realized it was impossible to have everyone sit in a circle. So he took the lead and sat down on the floor.

Natasha sat beside him, her gaze filled with curiosity as she looked at Gamora.

Star-Lord assessed the distance between Arthur and Natasha, speculating about their relationship.

Banner was delighted to see Little Spider, and the two of them sat together.

Tony, however, did not sit down; instead, he frowned as he surveyed the surroundings, clearly unimpressed by the aesthetics of the place.

Steve was adaptable, maintaining a smile despite being surprised by the carefree nature of these cosmic beings, treating this journey as a form of first contact.

Thor seemed to still be searching for a target, unaware of who they were supposed to fight, but his towering presence attracted the attention of Gamora and others, who looked at him as if he were an exhibit in a zoo.

Arthur cleared his throat, and everyone's attention shifted back to him.

"Now that everyone is here!" Arthur said, "Let me explain the situation we are about to face."

Using the information he received from Star-Lord, combined with the current context, Arthur detailed Ronan's attempt to attack Xandar, explaining the situation thoroughly and stating, "In the upcoming battle, I will be the commander. Does anyone have any objections?"

Everyone immediately shook their heads.

Arthur was the organizer of this event, the core figure, and the bond among them.

Having him as the commander was both reasonable and expected.
