Chapter One Hundred Forty-Two:
Sky-Cloud Bar
Inside the bar you can see the elegance and grandeur of the whole place and it is noticeable that only the rich can afford this place though, even a middle class can enter at the bar.
As we came in, we first looked for a place to sit before we ordered. And while waiting for our orders, Dealla finally arrived.
"So, sorry girls for being late," she said as she sat down.
"That's fine!" I said while Alena just nodded as she dances in the tune of music. "Why don't we dance now?" I suggested.
"Yes! You finally suggested!" Alena excitedly answered while Dealla just rolled her eyes before she answered.
"Alright," she said and in one shot she drinks her tequila. "Let's get wild tonight!"
I was surprised from what Dealla said but that was enough for me to finally enjoy the rest of our night.
…
"Hi, ladies!" suddenly someone approached us and when we look up, we saw three handsome guys that was trying to hit on us but to no avail, for me, because no one of those guys caught my attention. "Can we join you girls?"
"No." Dealla answered.
"Oh, feisty. I like that!" the second guy answered and without any permission he sits beside Dealla.
"Oh, Dude! What are you doing?" the third guy asked.
"Sitting, right girls?"
"We didn't invite you. So, get lost." Dealla seriously answered.
"I think I fall—woah!" the second guy suddenly freezes in fear when suddenly Dealla pointed out the table knife through his throat. "Wh-what do-do you think yo-you were doing?!" fear was written all over his face while the two guys were in shock and couldn't say a word.
"Do you want to try how sharp this is?" she asked in a very serious tone before the second guy quickly stands up.
"Al-alright! Let's go!" he hurriedly said before I heard him telling in whispered. "Weird girl!" But I couldn't blame him because sometime, Dealla is kind of weird though that's what I like about her and the reason why we became so close because I'm also a kind of weird person, sometimes…
"What was that?!" Alena finally broke the silence after we were left alone.
Dealla shrugs off. "Come on! Can't you spell 'girls' night out'?"
Well, she was right. This is a 'girls' night out' and if we let them join us then, this won't be a 'girls' night out'.
"Good! Let's enjoy the night until we pass out!" I exclaimed until suddenly the atmosphere changes when a new costumer comes in.
I couldn't understand why I felt so weird when there were new costumers entered and even though I didn't see them I felt I knew them very well.
"Hey! Who came?" a girl asked near from us and the next thing that surprised me, when I heard the name from the girl who answered.
"What did you just say?!" I suddenly interrupted those girls after hearing the name that I badly wanted to meet.
"Shuki!" Dealla and Alena surprisingly look at my reaction but I ignore them.
"Just tell me if what I heard from you was right?" I eagerly asked the girl who speak that name I am waiting.
"Ye-yeah…" she answered surprisingly.
"Oh!" I quickly turned to face my friends. "Girls!" I begin. "I am so sorry but I think the 'girls' night out' will need to cut off."
"What!" they both answered surprisingly
"Yes! Because my future was here and I couldn't just let him go!" I said before I left them and run towards my future. To the man that took my breath away.
…
"Sir Haimon!" the manager quickly comes to greet me.
"Give us our usually room."
"Yes, Sir!" he answered before guiding us to our place.
I had no idea that I would find in that place the woman I had been waiting for. And without any warning she suddenly came in front of me with a beautiful smile.
"Hi!" she said that made me stop and look at her.
"Lady--" Redmond was about to stop her but I stop her with my hand.
"Oh, okay." She said while keep on smiling. "Again, hi! I'm Shu Tokino Croosalba and my friend call me 'Shuki' but you can also call me 'Shu' if you want too." she introduced herself and give me her hand for a handshake that I just silently stare. "What? I'm getting tired."
I couldn't stop myself not to give her a smile before I answered. "Hi." I said as I accepted her hand. I instantly feel the warmth and softness of her hand and it embraces my heart that made said. "Ma igatsen sind."
"What?" she asked and I was surprised with my sudden words but I'm thankful that I used an unfamiliar language, enough for me to feel at ease since she doesn't understand it.
"Sorry, I just meant that, you are beautiful." I answered and she gave me a warm smile. "Anyway, you're too fearless to approach me, young Lady."
"Oh, that was first."
"What first?" He surprisingly asked.
"You, calling me 'Lady'." She answered. "Yet, I like the sound of it. So, now?"
"Huh?"
"You're clueless." She said before she looks down to our hands and I finally get what she was talking about.
"Oh, sorry!" I said and quickly took off my hands out of her but to my surprised she grabs it instead that made me to look at her intently.
"You'll just withdraw your hand without introducing yourself properly?" she said as she frowned.
"Oh, sorry I didn't mean--"
"Sir," Redmond suddenly cuts me off. "We need to go."
I just remember why we're here at the bar, I have a private meeting with a client and I know it's kind of weird that we choose to do it here but the client was the one requested this place that's why I don't have a choice but to come here unexpectedly, though one thing I didn't expect, is to meet her here.
