Chapter 99 - Remember

Ninety-Nine:

Dream World

"To know who they are, then remembering your past will answer all your questions."

Wren answered and that is the one thing I scared of. Because knowing the past that I do not own, makes me feel not right since it was not me from the beginning.

"Don't think too much of it," he suddenly breaks my silence. "There's no rush to see your past. Right now, if you still can, you should avoid the emptiness. Just don't go alone or be alone in any places outside your home or outside your dreams."

"Why?"

"Because another new born God wanted you so badly and he will do everything just to take you and find the one thing he wanted to destroy from the very beginning." He seriously stated and before I could ask for more questions, I begin to wake up.

Earth; Morning

I wake up from my dream and for a moment I just stare at the ceiling. Questions flooded me as I recall what Spirit God/Goddess Wren told me.

Remembering the past is quite scary and I don't know what will happen to me if I remember it all.

I tightly close my eyes only been awaken from another dream and to my surprise I was lying in the fields of colorful flowers.

'Where am I?' I quickly asked through my mind as I survey the place after sitting up.

'You came.' Suddenly I heard a familiar voice through telepathy.

"Almos!" I quickly called out only to meet the one that saves me from the man who's looking for Ki'Amitesh.

"I already told you, I'm not Almos."

"Then, who are you?"

"I'm someone that came from the Origin."

"Origin? You mean, from the Highest God, right?"

"No."

"What?" Confusion suddenly builds up through my head as I try to figure out what he just answered.

"Because even the Highest God came from the Origin, a genderless Immortal, the one that gives life and death to everything. An Immortal that lives beyond no one and died beyond no one, that is the Origin a greater Immortal of all. Meaning, the Origin is the infinite cycle of the beginning and the end."

I don't know what to say since that I couldn't believe that there is someone or something that is much greater to God. But then, what do I have to do with the Origin he's talking about? Or should I really be bother about that information?

'No! I shouldn't!' I said to myself, forgetting that he can hear my thoughts.

'You have nothing to worry, if you remember your past then, you will finally understand everything that surrounds you.'

I sighed heavily. "Why?! Why do you all say the same thing?!" I kind of irritated hearing it once more and the more I continue hearing it, then, I might go insane if someone will tell the same thing.

"Because it all started in the past." He simply answered.

I hiss as I shakes my head in disbelief. "I think, I'm done here!" I madly answered and was about to leave when I've notice that I don't know how I end up in this place. I remember I was in my room lying in my bed. Then, I briefly closes my eyes before I sense that my surrounding suddenly change.

"You came here on your own."

I was surprised from what I heard from him. I came here on my own? How?

"What are you talking about? I came here on my own?"

"Indeed, that's true."

"No! I can't believe it. I don't even know how I can control my powers then this happened?" I answered with confusion in my head. "No!" I shake my head in disbelief. "I don't even know where I am so, what you said is really impossible."

"Because you deprive yourself to remember the things you can really do."

I can't believe what I just heard. "That's not true!" I hardly denied it even though deep within me there is something screaming, wanting to tell the truth.

"It is up to you whether you believe it or not. Now," he stares at me intently. "You shall leave before things get in trouble."

"What do you mean?"

"You'll understand it once you wake up."

"But––"

My words suddenly cut off when someone taps my shoulder and was surprised seeing my mother standing right beside my bed.

"Mom?"

"Oh, God! Finally you woke up!"

"Huh?"

"Don't you know what time it is?" she asked but my face said it all, I don't know what time it is. "It's already afternoon."

"What!" I quickly stand up and look at the clock. "Oh, no! Sorry, Mom!" I quickly apologize as soon as I saw it's already two o'clock in the afternoon.

"Lucky, there's no school today, so it's okay even if you wake up in the afternoon. But you still need to eat that's why I wake you up."

"Oh, yeah! So sorry Mom."

"Don't feel sorry, okay. Anyway, wash up first so you can eat after."

"Okay, Mom!"

As soon as my mother left me, which was the only time I finally understand the words that the guy from the Origin said.

'Oh, I would be in danger if I stayed in that place for too long, but where did I end up?' I continue asking myself but there's still no answer.

"You came here on your own."

Suddenly I remember what the man come the Origin told me.

'So, if it is really on my own, then… I can easily go back to where he is?' I said to myself as I think of it. 'Yes, I can do it if I can finally control my powers however, for now I need to feed myself first because I'm starving!'

Meanwhile…

'Who are you?'

'I am you.'

'No! You are not me.'

He smiled. 'Because you are not fully awake.'

'What are you saying?'

'Almos. Remember your past and let everything fall apart and it will answer all your questions.'
