Wen Meimei weakly called out, "Jiashao..."
"Mhm." Gu Jiashao let out a pleasing nasal sound, responding to the girl's call.
Then he spoke into the phone, "I'm filming a show, is something the matter?"
A questioning female voice came through on the other end, "Is there a woman with you?"
"I told you I'm filming a show. If there's nothing urgent, I'm hanging up," Gu Jiashao said as he flipped the food in the pan.
"Jiashao, don't tell me you're filming a dating show. Didn't you say before that you wouldn't take part in this kind of reality show?"
"If there's nothing else, I need to get back to work." Having said that, Gu Jiashao looked back at the dazed Wen Meimei. "Meimei, hang up the phone for me."
