Ne-yo frowned slightly and asked, "Auntie, why are you here?"
Ann deliberately showed an unpleasant expression on her face after being questioned multiple times by him, "What, are you unhappy that I'm here? I just happened to be traveling, and your father invited me over."
Ne-yo obviously did not believe her words. He scrutinized the white coat Ann was wearing and asked, "Then what about this outfit?"
"I'm a doctor, is it surprising for me to dress like this? Your father asked me to come; there's a pregnant woman whose child's condition is critical, and he asked me to help." Ann answered, looking at Ne-yo's uneasy face and asked back, "By the way, do you know who the woman inside is? Your father seems quite nervous; could it be that he's found you a young stepmother?"
"Don't joke around." Ne-yo said, looking at her suspiciously, "Don't you know who that pregnant woman is?"
"Why? Is her identity very important?" Ann joked, "Surely the child in her stomach isn't yours?"
