"Wait for me, Mommy will find you something to eat."
Lin Xinlan frantically searched the house for food but found none anywhere.
She paced in desperation. Where was the food, where could it be?
Suddenly, she finally found a piece of bread.
"Xiaocong, Mommy has found something to eat!" she exclaimed with joy, but when she turned around, the floor was empty.
Xiaocong was gone!
The bread fell to the ground as Lin Xinlan searched in panic.

When Rong Shaoze heard Lin Xinlan's loud cries, he rushed in and saw her shaking her head with her eyes closed, continuously calling out Xiaocong's name.
He knew she must be having a nightmare.
"Xinlan, wake up." He hurried over to push her body, but Lin Xinlan showed no signs of awakening.
"Xiaocong..."
"Xinlan, wake up quickly, you're having a nightmare. It's just a dream, not real."
A pained expression appeared on Lin Xinlan's face as she slowly opened her eyes, looking extremely confused.
