If there is no special reason, there's no way for Einstein to regularly, purposefully come to the Brooklyn Suburbs.
Then...
What's the reason?
While thinking, he paced, walking to the New York map hanging on the wall, looking at the radial city layout:

He pointed at a spot on the map and turned to ask CC:
"Is your welfare institute at this place?"
"No, it's at this location."
CC also got up, tiptoed, and pointed to a spot on the map:
"We did see Einstein around here, but we have no idea where he's driving to... well, it should be some distance from our welfare institute."
"Because we usually watch his car disappear from sight before going back to play, by that time he's already driven quite far."
"Alright."

And CC mentioned that Einstein just passed by, with the real destination being far away;
