I lay Sol on the bed and tucked him in, his heartbeats were rather faint along with his breathing. It was hard to tell what this child might be going through.
Suddenly there was a knock on the door and I turned my head seeing Kai poking his head in.
"Master?" Kai called and I looked once at Sol before I stood up and walked to him.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"You're leaving for Denril tomorrow morning, right?" He asked and I nodded.
"Yes,"
Kai then peeked at Sol who was sleeping and then asked me.
"Then what will happen to Sol?" He asked.
I didn't have to tell him but he had gone through a curse himself so, he knew that Sol was suffering from a similar condition. He was worried about him that's why he would never leave him alone except for the times that he would be training.
He knew how to cast healing spell but the curse was stronger so, Kai's spell wasn't up to the notch to ease Sol's pain.
"That's for him to decide," I said and Kai pursed his lips.
