Wang Hai came to visit her for a while and then left. When leaving, he instructed Lan Juan to ensure she rested and to replenish her nutrition. He said he would come back to see her again in two days when he had time.
With Wang Hai's instruction, Lan Juan still dared not let her go outside, at most allowing her to visit the other rooms in this underground chamber. Given the choice, she preferred to sit by the vent, where the air seemed a bit better.
