When the Cloud Manta is defending against psychic spell attacks, as long as you are within a hundred meters distance from it, you can add your Intelligence Modifier to it.
Once you voluntarily sever the mental link with this Cloud Manta, the Cloud Manta Control Bracelet will revert back to the Fairy Charm Bracelet.
After severing the mental link, the Cloud Manta's attitude towards you will depend on how you treated it during the period of control.
