Sunlight bathed the courtyard in golden warmth, and the wind carried a faint scent of burning coals and polished steel. Two figures moved across the training ground, dancing between strikes, feints, and rapid footwork.
"Three-touch game. First to tag three different places wins," Rudra smirked, bouncing on the balls of his feet, his stance loose but alert.
Thor cracked his knuckles and replied with his usual blunt grin. "And no holding back, right?"
Rudra tilted his head mockingly. "For me or for you?"
The blindfold over Thor's eyes didn't hide the confident curve of his lips. "Careful, I already beat you once in my sleep."
That got a chuckle from Rudra, and then the match began.
