Ares was hovering in space, his Armada still on the retreat. He had been retreating for months. However, he was not ashamed of this retreat. The lives, if you could call those parasites living, he had taken must have been almost an entire fleet at this point and yet, they still kept coming.
He knew the great enemy, he had been waging war against them since shortly after his exile. This was new behaviour, inconceivable. The enemy had been ignoring planet after planet, following him all the way here to a remote refinery star system.
