Sparky didn't stop. He opened his mouth—and let out a Dragonfire Thunder Breath, a fusion flame he had been saving for death-matches.
The beam hit the Skyfiend square in the chest, sending it flying back across the sky.
It crashed onto a nearby peak with a deafening boom, smoke and sparks filling the horizon.
The battle was over.
Sparky descended slowly, battered but proud, golden arrow still clutched in one claw. His body ached with wounds, but his spirit was high. He landed beside Kent, bowed his head, and offered the arrow.
Kent smiled and gently took the arrow.
The forest was dead silent. Not a single beast dared move.
Elder Jill, watching from afar, shook her head in disbelief.
"He… forged a natural weapon, summoned a divine beast, and challenged the food chain of this entire forest… all in one day."
Kent placed the arrow into his spatial ring, eyes already gleaming with ideas.
Even though the lightning strikes stopped, no one dared to step on the 3rd mountain.
