Cecilia Reed followed Sharry Vaux into the café to find Mark Reed and immediately frowned upon seeing Claudia Ross. "Brother, you're about to get married, so why are you still tangled up with this woman?"
Claudia Ross kept her head down, wiping away tears. She was in a terrible mood and didn't want to argue with Sharry Vaux.
Mark Reed grabbed Sharry Vaux and started pulling her outside. "Get out. Stop yelling in here."
"I'm not going anywhere." Sharry Vaux refused to budge, angrily hurling insults at Claudia Ross. "You're so shameless! And you call yourself the 'First Lady'? You're a disgrace to us Americans."
"Do you think that if you cry and beg Mark, he won't marry me? Let me tell you something—even if you threatened him with your life, Mark will still marry me, because Owen already has his child. Mark is going to be a father very soon."
Sharry Vaux declared her pregnancy triumphantly, leaving Mark Reed deeply ashamed.
