"Tch..." Hailey Jack glanced at Little May with disdain. "Do you think I'm a fool? You might be able to trick others, but it won't be that easy to trick me. The boss has money and looks; having more kids is a blessing to society..."
Before Little May could finish her sentence, Hailey Jack covered her mouth. "Shh, stop talking nonsense. Do you not want to work anymore?"
He lowered his voice to the bare minimum, glaring angrily at Little May, then turned to glance at Wyatt Perry's office door.
The door is shut tightly; he shouldn't have heard anything, right?
If Hailey knew the overhead surveillance camera could record audio, he'd probably go buy a block of tofu and smash his head into it.
Fortunately, Wyatt Perry wasn't interested in staring at him all day, and Hailey narrowly escaped his moment of reckoning.
