The butler, Mr. Li, gestured and the servants waiting at the door started entering. Each of them was carrying something, mostly in sealed boxes. They moved the boxes in front of Zheng Haoyu in an orderly fashion, reporting what each of them contained before placing them beside him. After over a dozen servants had put down all the boxes, a small mountain of boxes sat before Zheng Haoyu.
The executives sitting below began to sweat even more. While they admired Mr. Li's courage, they couldn't help but feel distressed. These servants had done their part and gone, leaving them to face the consequences.
Zheng Haoyu's face grew worse. Everyone in the meeting room could feel a miserable chill, as if heroic spirits were about to depart, never to return.
