A deafening scream rang behind him, raising the hairs on Arach's body.
BOOOM!
As he turned to look, the platform where his house was exploded.
Dust and debris flew all around, stones flying like projectiles.
Luckily, he was far away, or the stones would've injured him.
Swooosh!
A white shadow flew out of the dust cloud.
It stopped mid-air, revealing its true form.
A white spider queen.
Screeeeech!
It screamed again as it landed its eyes on Arach.
Thud!
The spider queen landed on the ground and charged at Arach.
Ting! Ting! Ting!
As they walked, the eight, pointy spider legs drilled holes in the ground.
But in just a few steps, the spider reached Arach.
Thud! Thud! Thud!
She stomped her legs around him, blocking all his escape routes.
"SCREEEEEEECH!!!"
She brought her head lower, roaring at him.
The spider queen glared at his eyes with her ruby red eyes.
