A crimson stream of light radiates, forming a portal characteristic of vampires. It opens inside Sulk Flywheel's factory, and in the next instant, Miss Phemys, holding a Night Howling Staff, brimming with authority, even in stature, walks in.
She is dressed in her usual noble Psychic attire, having added a cloak to make herself appear even more "perfectly authoritative."
Following her is a group of individuals with varying identities.
There are NPCs as well as players, but the commonality among them is that they are all Psychics.
This counts as a major operation of Miss's "Red Devil Hall" under her command. After Murphy's call to action, Phemys immediately gathered her partners to come and do big things.
"Wow, this place truly is extraordinary!"
Miss flaps her wings and floats up, surveying this heat-filled space. She says to Murphy, who is there to greet them:
