After hearing my offer, about 7 more families with about 6 to 10 members, despite the glares that the self-proclaimed leader and his people were sending to them, hurriedly packed up their belongings and make shift tents. The most noticeable thing about these families were how similar in dynamic they were with Finn and Ryan's family. The matriarch is old or there was none at all. The rest of the members were mostly men and young children. There was no younger matriarch to keep the household together.
After seeing me, Finn and Ryan go over the other settlement, the boys, Tim and Cid followed and started helping the other families on carrying their belongings towards our settlement. It seems that these families have a good relationship with Tim and Cid's. I conjured three medium-sized carts with weight reduction spells on them(similar to those that malls use to deliver furniture) to make the move easier. I had these custom-made at the same place I got my wagon from.
