A cold silence followed.
In the midst of the ruin, Venom—Eddie Brock—dragged himself to his feet, barely holding on.
"I offer my allegiance. Spare Earth, and I'll serve you willingly." He pleaded, but now it was futile.
"Your offer means nothing. Now, I am not interested in you, Eddie. It's Dylan." Knull said, with a sinister grin.
With a swift, brutal motion, Knull ripped the Venom symbiote from Eddie Brock's body and hurled him off the Empire State Building.
Eddie fell, helpless, through the sky. Above, Knull watched with a cold grin.
"Your mind will become a codex," he said, his voice echoing through the wind. "A whisper in my hive—forever."
High above the ruined city, Knull stood tall atop his newly built dark throne, now fused into the peak of the Empire State Building. His presence choked the sky, a black crown on Earth's tallest spire.
He laughed—a sound that shook the heavens.
Symbiote-dragons filled the skies. Corrupted heroes moved like puppets, spreading destruction across every corner of the Earth. Black tendrils slithered down buildings, across roads, into every crack of resistance.
Knull wasn't finished.
"I will claim it all," he growled, as he reached for powerful ancient artifacts: the Ebony Blade, the Sword of Fu Xi, and Ghost-Spider's artificial symbiote.
Each one pulsed in his hands as he absorbed their power.
"These relics will fuel my reign," Knull sneered. "There is no one left to stop me."
He raised his arm, and a tidal wave of dark energy spread across the city. "Witness the true power of the symbiotes! Earth is mine!"
But Knull had no idea—beneath all the chaos, Ben was still there, standing tall on the ground below.
Fearless. Calm. Watching.
He didn't panic like the others. He wasn't desperate. He was simply... waiting.
Captain America had told him to hold back. So Ben did. He watched the heroes clash. Watched the world fall apart. Watched the disaster unfold.
And now—he had seen enough.
Ben's eyes narrowed. "Knull… as long as I'm standing, you're not taking this planet."
His voice echoed across the air as he soared into the sky, his body glowing with Anodite energy, reaching the same height as Knull's throne in the sky.
"And your escape?" Ben added, fists glowing with power. "That was my fault. So I'm the one who's going to fix it."
Knull turned slowly, a sinister smile curling across his face. "Who are you?" he growled. "Never mind… just another ant. And I crush ants."
His voice was cold, arrogant—a god's voice. He sneered down at Ben like he was nothing. To Knull, everyone was beneath him.
But Ben just smirked.
"Name's Ben Tennyson," he said. "And I'm about to show you who the real ant is."
Suddenly, Ben's body shimmered—and unsig Echo-Echo powers, his body multiplied.
Knull's voice boomed across the battlefield, the fury in it palpable. "What are you doing?" he asked, his tone dripping with amusement, clearly eager to see how this "ant" would fare against his overwhelming might.
Ben grinned. "You'll see the results soon enough." His voice was steady, unwavering.
Without wasting a moment, Ben's multiples scattered, shooting across the Earth like a wave of light. They spread out in all directions, heading straight for the heroes enslaved by Knull's control.
Echo-Echo's powers were in full force. Ben's clones began emitting resonating sonic waves as they flew.
The symbiotes that had once shackled the heroes' minds began to falter.
The connection was breaking, the hive mind's control slipping.
One by one, the Avengers, the X-Men, and the others began to regain their senses. The fog lifted from their eyes as Ben's powers shattered Knull's influence.
In a matter of minutes, the mind-controlled heroes were freed. They blinked, confused at first, then roared in defiance.
Ben's smile widened. But he wasn't done.
With a final surge of power, he captured the symbiotes, absorbing them into his Symbitech Dragon.
"You think you can control this?" Ben shouted at Knull, his voice full of defiance.
The dark god's grip on the Earth and its people was now nothing more than a distant memory.
Knull's eyes turned fiery with rage. The very air around him crackled with his fury. "How dare you! How could you release them from my command?"
Since he also possesses a volatile temper and is prone to reacting with extreme rage when denied what he wants.
Ben all multiples mixed together, "Now, I am going to show you, you are the real ant."
Using his combined powers, Ben created a brand-new alien form—Heatfibian—a fusion of Heatblast's fiery flames and Ampfibian's electric energy.
"This darkness won't put out light!" Ben said with a confident smile, easily blocking Knull's attack.
Knull, covered in the living abyss, absorbed the strikes like they were nothing. His black wings spread wide as he flew straight at Ben.
"Your weak resistance only makes me stronger. The living abyss will never die," Knull said, his voice cold and powerful. Born from divine energy, his strength was beyond anything normal, shaking the sky itself.
Each time their powers clashed, huge shockwaves tore through the air. Even the Empire State Building trembled from their battle.
"Your power means nothing before the force of creation itself!" Knull roared.
But Ben didn't back down. He called on Way Big's power and grew into a giant, standing tall over the city. His body was strong like a mountain, and his fists could move planets.
Ben threw punch after punch, his strength shaking the stars. "You may be a god, but next to me, you're just a bug," he shouted, smashing through Knull's army of Celestials like they were made of glass.
Knull's dark armor started to crack. No matter how tough he was, he couldn't hold back Ben's power. Each hit broke through the darkness.
In the end, it was the might of Ben, he shows the Knull all strength is just puny in front of him.
As the battle began turning against him, Knull made a desperate choice. He reached deep into his powers and tried to twist time itself, hoping to rewrite the battle and change his fate.
"Time bends to my will. I will rewrite this story!" Knull growled, his voice full of dark energy.
But Ben was ready.
He activated the powers of Clockwork, the time-manipulating alien powers.
"Time is on my side too, Knull. You can't escape your fate," He replied.
Knull attempted to weave the fabric of time, Ben's mastery over temporal manipulation proved to be a formidable counter.
Knull's eyes narrowed in anger, Ben blocked every move he made to change time. In the battle of time itself, Ben was in full control.
"Your attack felt like a bug bite. And I swatted it away just as easily," Ben said, staring at Knull with no fear.
Ben froze a key moment in time, stopping Knull from changing anything. Caught in the time freeze, Knull finally understood—he had been outsmarted.
Ben smiled and said, "This is what happens when a bug tries to stop a tank."
With the time powers in his hands, Ben also fixed the damage on Earth, turning destruction back to peace.
The time rift sealed shut, and Knull could do nothing.
In their final fight, Knull tried one last time to win. He used his dark powers to shoot beams of purple fire, hoping to break through Ben's defense.
But Ben activated the powers of Atomic X, a powerful mix of Alien X and Atomic. His body glowed with cosmic energy, and a strong shield formed around him, blocking all of Knull's attacks.
"I told you, none of this will work on me," Ben said, laughing.
With just a flick of his finger, Ben knocked Knull's head back, sending him flying. He teleported in front of him and did it again, over and over, leaving Knull dizzy and powerless.
Desperate, Knull changed his form. He grew sharp teeth, a long snake-like tongue, and huge dragon wings.
But Ben was too strong. With one powerful move, Ben ripped off one of Knull's wings, making it impossible for him to fly. Even Knull's healing powers couldn't keep up anymore.
"Your reign of darkness ends here," Ben said, staring down at the broken Knull.
In a last desperate move, Knull called upon the Living Abyss, trying to trap Ben in endless darkness. He had already used it to cover the whole Earth, blocking out every bit of light.
The dark void swirled around Ben, but with one powerful punch, Ben shattered the Living Abyss. The darkness vanished, blasted away by his cosmic energy. Even Knull's massive throne cracked and broke under the force.
The broken pieces of the throne scattered across the ground, showing that the dark god had truly fallen. Knull, stripped of his armor and powers, lay on the ground, staring up at Ben with fear and defeat in his eyes.
"This is what always happens when you challenge me," Ben said, looking down at him with a smirk.
