They stepped cautiously into the uncompleted building, the dim light casting long shadows across the empty walls. After a thorough search, it was clear the structure was barren.
"This can't be right," Gemi said, her voice tinged with worry. "Mini is here. I can feel her."
"Let's keep looking," Thomas suggested. "Maybe we missed something."
"Missed something?" Leah snapped, her frustration bubbling over. "There's nothing here to miss! This place is completely empty."
"Hey, don't yell at us," Kyle shot back, crossing his arms. "This was your idea."
Ashley tuned out their argument, her mind focused on something else. She closed her eyes and sent out a telekinetic wave, scanning the structure inch by inch. It was faint, but she detected something—an oddity beneath their feet.
