Upon entering Kunlun Mountain, one essentially ties their fate to the Three Pure Ones. If one cannot ultimately achieve the realm of Daluo Jinxian of the Primordial, their downfall is almost inevitable.
It is similar to how the Human Race's Ancestral Land was taken by King Wu. He dared to let his human subordinates cultivate there but would never allow subordinates of other races to enter it.
Because doing so would offend all human experts, including his own human subordinates.
Jiang Chen would never risk offending the human experts. Only the Shangqing Palace, belonging to the Upper Qing Saints' Doctrine and part of the Three Pure Ones, holds the entitlement to reside in Kunlun Mountain.
Not only the Shangqing Palace, but also the immortals of the Jiejiao Sect will reclaim their positions there and move into Kunlun Mountain in the future.
