Whether the play was performed well or not, Amelia Clarke did not care; all she cared about was Mason Carter getting hit. Since he was young, he was constantly bullied. Now, with her ability to protect him, she wouldn't allow anyone to lay a finger on him.
Amelia did not say anything more, only turning her head to Mason and saying, "Go change your clothes backstage and come home with your sister."
Mason obediently nodded and said, "Okay."
Everett Jones seemed a bit anxious upon hearing this. "We still have a tour performance tomorrow morning. It's better for Mason to stay with us..."
"I don't want him to get hit," Amelia stated. "The contract stipulates that you will ensure Mason's personal safety. Your people hit him. With Mason's current situation, that qualifies as abuse, a violation of our agreement. I have the right to terminate our partnership."
