"What happened here?" Director Zhang turned around to look at the police officer behind him.
"We received a call that there was a fight at the coffee shop around the corner."
A fight? It should have been just a minor conflict. There was no need for such a big fuss, like bringing them all the way to the police station.
Director Zhang inadvertently focused his gaze on Hendry Hampton. Surely, these people wanted to please Young Master Hampton, and that's why they brought in such a troublemaker. But, it's really surprising that this Miss Mitchell can actually fight. And she lost—a sight too pitiful to watch. AHEM! That's not the point, though. "Miss Mitchell, you're injured. You should go to the hospital. We will handle everything here," Director Zhang said, his face creased in a smile.
Handle it? Am I stupid enough to believe such perfunctory words? Nia thought.
"I want to accuse him of murder!"
Raising her eyebrow as she said this, Nia looked at Hendry. Since he has turned ruthless, I can't be blamed for being unrighteous.
Director Zhang was immediately taken aback. This wasn't something that could be taken lightly.

"There's no misunderstanding. It's very clear. I assume you know what you should do, Director Zhang?"
She looked at Director Zhang with cold eyes.
Director Zhang hesitated for a moment. No one has ever dared to offend Maxwell Peary in this world. Maxwell Peary did take Nia away from here last night, so I have to take this gamble.
