Books about architecture and engineering were a given because it's Columbus' account. There were special tools here too. But of course, this barely scratches the surface of the actual inheritance he left for Cedric.
The first thing he noticed were 15 rich and overflowing mines. They are stuffed to the brim so that one could even visibly make out their contents just by looking at the entrance. If even one of these were to appear in some random, low-ranked world, it would be enough to sustain them for tens of thousands of years without damaging its quality.
Then, there were other natural resources...
It wouldn't be wrong to say that Architect Columbus left him an entire cosmos' worth of resources, untouched and preserved until his arrival. There was so much in here that it would take him days to take full inventory of it.
And this doesn't even include the material possessions like artifacts, blueprints, weapons, armor, treasures, etc.
