The Cloud Sliding Talisman and the Cloud Climbing Talisman, with similar names, have very closely related effects.
Both talismans were invented by wizards to save energy on their journeys. After using either one, the wizard's legs from the calf down will turn into a stream of white smoke.
The difference lies in that the Cloud Climbing Talisman emits a 'pop pop' noise when used. Though not fast, it can push the wizard to drift forward at a steady pace. Last year during Moon Hunting, Zheng Qing had used this talisman. On the other hand, the Cloud Sliding Talisman makes no sound at all and also provides no propulsion; one must rely on wind, pets, or a combination with other Talisman papers to move.
The common advantage of these two talismans is that they allow wizards to leave the ground—as in the case of Zheng Qing and Jiang Yu, after leaving the Protect Legal Formation, they wouldn't leave footprints, scents, or press down the grass and leaves on the ground.
