"Is the performance over?" The call was answered, and a deep, enchanting voice came through, very tender.
"It's finished, and everything went smoothly. How do you plan to celebrate with me?" Charlotte Green took the bag from her assistant's hand, walking towards the car parked at the entrance.
The assistant had been found by Kevin Cliff for her; he was part of the covert staff, able to assist with daily work and also acting as her bodyguard.
This assistant was only occasionally useful when she needed to travel on business; otherwise, she hardly needed their services.
A charming chuckle sounded from the phone, "I'll tell you how we'll celebrate when I see you, okay?"
Charlotte Green had just walked out of the performance building, and hearing his gentle tone, she melted a little, "Okay, I'm on my way to the airport now."
"I'll come and pick you up."
"There's no need…" Before she could finish, she looked up to see the man from the phone magically appearing before her eyes.
