The one thing the group had done before arriving was get a few gifts from Alen before they left.
When they woke up, the gifts were left in their rooms. Some had wondered how they had even received them in the middle of the night without waking up.
They could only guess that it was some type of magic. They had been told what the items did and how they were used.
One gift was clothing. They would be given a uniform as long as they were accepted into the academy, but approaching in the clothes they were in, they would be turned away at the door.
Left for them was top-of-the-line clothing: straight blazers in an array of colours with jewels embedded into the clothing itself.
Raze thought it was a bit over the top, but apparently, Alen didn't have any other spare clothes around the house.
However, Raze noticed that they were ordered in as one of his staff members was told to fetch them, so that couldn't have been the whole truth.
