Before the God Fall Era, the Forever Devils rose up in power. Kai Syaoran led the Forever Legion into war all over existence.
They completely brought the first plane of the underworld under their control, but this was not all. They attacked countless races all over existence. As long as a race was identified as hostile towards the Forever Devils, they were dealt with using the harshest possible measures.
There was no mercy.
As time moved on, the Failed Prince/Kai Syaoran was given a new name that spread the horror of his actions even further.
He was called the Forever Devil.
The Forever Devil was a race, but people felt that none could embody this name more than the Failed Prince.
Wherever he went, death and destruction followed. He did not leave his enemies even a single chance at survival. Once a race was declared an enemy of the Forever Devils, their surrender was no longer allowed. They were wiped out to the last.
