Allen Rivera didn't come back all night.
Fiona Lake got news from the police station that they had found out who owned the monkey, but nobody was home, and they suspect they hid in the mountains.
Now a large group has blocked several paths down the mountain, and some officers have gone into the mountains to search for people. Allen Rivera, Ray Cooper, and Lucas Tucker are also staying there and won't be back for a while.
"It feels like a major operation..." Jane McCain remarked upon hearing the news.
Fiona Lake said, "In places like this, it's rare to have more than a few murder cases a year. This time so many people died, of course, the higher-ups are taking it seriously."
"Did many people die?"
"Five died, and one is injured, recuperating in the hospital."
Jane McCain was a bit shocked and couldn't help asking, "Are the birds of prey in the mountains so fierce?"
