Enna Clark had an uneasy sleep, her dream felt feverish, as if she had fallen into a furnace, terribly uncomfortable.

Every cell in her body was screaming heat, she furrowed her brows tightly, her throat unbearably dry.
Even though Enna wanted to open her eyes, for some reason her eyelids felt as heavy as a thousand pounds, no matter how hard she tried, she was dragged into endless darkness.
Uncomfortable...
So uncomfortable...
"Knock knock." A knocking sound came from the door.
Probably no answer.
The person at the doorway knocked twice more, "Knock knock!"
There was still no answer inside.
The person standing at the door hesitated, unsure whether to continue. But the thing in her hand was still steaming, she hesitated a moment, raised her hand again, knocked once more, and said quietly, "Ms. Clark, are you asleep?"
"..." Not a sound came from inside.
