"She had no choice but to agree, right? If she didn't agree, grandpa would have kicked her out of the house. Isn't that host in jail now? The phone number of my brother-in-law, James Black, was given to that host by Julie Sampton," Bright Sampton said, "Grandpa found out about this, so he made her marry someone; she had no room to fight back."
"She gave it?" Jane Sampton sounded somewhat surprised upon hearing this but, after giving it some thought, not that surprised.
James Black's phone number wasn't something just anyone could get, and Julie didn't have it either.
So, "Did Julie get James Black's phone number from mom?"
"Yes," Bright Sampton nodded, "Because of this incident, grandpa gave mom a good scolding. After brother-in-law changed his phone number, no one in the Black Family knew it except for grandparents, you, and me—not even Julie or dad and mom."
