After waiting for several minutes, Emma River's mobile phone suddenly rang.
Joshua Sullivan raised his eyebrows slightly: "It seems Derek Leaf really fears the handle Emma River has over him."
Emma River had been waiting for this phone call all along, so she hurriedly answered after just a couple of rings: "Hello?"
"I always thought you were clever. For so many years, you have never mentioned this matter, nor used it to threaten me. That's why I've allowed you to live peacefully until now. But it seems now that you are not as smart as I imagined."
Derek Leaf's voice was very deep, clearly showing his displeasure and carrying a barely suppressed anger.
Emma River quickly softened her voice: "I didn't want to do this, I really had no choice. But when I called you, you were still mad at me. If you don't help me this time, I'm really doomed."
There was silence on the other end for a long while before the reply: "Tell me, what is it now."
