When Xiaoyun arrived back home, he was a little surprised to see Leyan wasn't home. Yet, the babies were home.
Half of them are playing with each other on the floor, and the other half is watching from the crib above.
"Dadddddy!" All of the babies yelled at the same time as soon as Xiaoyun opened the garage door.
"Hey. What are you all doing here alone? Where's mommy?"
Both Lianrong and Qiaolan looked at each other for a second before looking back at him with a confused look.
"M-Mommy was in the backyard!" Yongyi answered, pointing in the direction of the kitchen with his finger.
"She really left you all here alone... Thanks. I'll be back with you guys soon."
As Xiaoyun headed over to the backyard, he was a little dumbfounded as no one was in sight. Not even a single trace as he walked down the garden.
"Hello? Leyan, you there?"
After walking through the entire garden, Xiaoyun made a full circle until he suddenly noticed something a little off about the backyard window.
