Inside the locker room, Diego watched the goal with elation. Though he couldn't be there to celebrate the goal in person, he couldn't care less.
"Goal…." He shouted at the top of his lungs, making celebratory gestures. From deep within, an intense feeling of excitement assaulted him, and he couldn't contain the excitement within.
He could see the elated faces of his players. There weren't others to celebrate the goal with. But he couldn't care less about it.
"You've done it again, Hiro… I knew it'd be alright with you there," He mumbled, his voice shaking with exhilaration.
On the pitch, the celebration was getting even more heated. Hiro's name echoed throughout the stadium like a war hero who had returned victorious. His teammates swarmed him and patted him affectionately to showcase their appreciation.
Some ruffled his hair while some embraced him.
Hiro couldn't get out of their entrapment even if he wished.
