Summer break was arriving soon. Everything was starting to calm down. The weird things that had been happening around jonathan were seeming to cool down. Things about matthew were still complicated. It had been weeks and there were still no signs of anyone possibly ever finding him. After some questioning and interrogation jonathan was cleared as the prime suspect though he was still kept as a suspect in the case as he still didn't have a clear alibi on what had happened that night. He was home alone and had not called anyone else after talking to matthew. He had not gone out and went anywhere where a clear alibi could have been established. And its very common that in some cases the "innocent worried friend" tends to be the suspect. There were no clear motives as of yet to why jonathan could have done it which i guess was one of the many other reasons that kept him from being labelled as the prime suspect. Things as school were going rather well. Football season was just around the corner and Cal being captain of the football team got more busy with his practice and school work hence jonathan was alone most of the time. He was trying to find out what had happened to his friend matthew. The events of that night all seemed so confusing and weird. Matthew had claimed he had gotten a text to come over from matthew but matthew did not remember sending him a text. Matthew said it was weird and said he was going home then left. But something seemed off with that whole situation. Jonathan layed in his bed teying to piece together the pieces of what happened that night. Going back and forth trying to remember even a tiny hint that might help clear him as a suspect and possibly find his friend matthew. As he layed there staring at he ceiling trying to recall even the tiniest details it finally hit him. He remembered something.
