Amden was sitting directly opposite Miss Snowfall. They had been silent for a few moments, and Amden had started to feel awkward about it.
"Thank you, grand Elder, for your help," Amden broke the silence that had developed between the two.
"It is fine, Amden," she replied, "after all, you agreed to pay a price for it."
"And may I know what that price is?" Amden nodded and asked.
"Of course," Miss Snowfall said with a chuckle. "Since you would be fulfilling one of my requests, how can you not know? But the time is not right for now."
Amden raised an eyebrow at this and waited for Miss Snowfall to continue.
Miss Snowfall turned a bit serious and continued, "Although you are extremely talented and capable, what I have in mind is not very easy. You will have to pass a test, after which I will reveal my request. If you fail, then it won't be needed."
"And what might that test be?" He asked curiously.
